Rump Run 5 Week Training Program

Starts Monday, January 20
5:30 pm - Coolidge Park

Get Off the Couch and Walk, Jog, or Run a 5K! 

Our group will meet in front of Outdoor Chattanooga in Coolidge Park on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 p.m. We will be there rain or shine. However, if severe weather is predicted (thunderstorms, tornadoes, below 25 degree cold) we will not meet. In this case, please try to complete the workout on your own when the weather clears or on one of our usual off days.
